There are only 2 photos out of 23 photos in the video that Meier/Plejaren explicitly claimed to have been forged. One is Asket-Nera in 1998 and the other is Pteranodon in 2005. Most of these 23 were authenticated by ET Ptaah, claimed to be genuine and are being published by Meier EVEN TODAY. The few others may or may not be forged since the CRs doesn't say anything on those. Just because he/she (person under scrutiny) gave an "excuse" under the pressure of criticism AFTER being exposed for promoting and selling fake pictures, doesn't completely remove their role in it.
The CR 384 and FIGU special bulletin, both from 2005, clearly spells out that the space pictures published in PPKBs (3rd edition contact notes) are genuine and are authenticated by Ptaah around the year 2001. Even Guido Moosbrugger published and defended them in his book 'And still they fly' (1991, 2001, 2004 and 2012).

Randy winters was never given permission to show these to the public as they had always been known to be faked. All of these photos were reported by another ufo researcher who went to switzerland to visit Billy as having been tampered with as far back as 1978, this was told to him by Billy himself and this info was also incidentally relayed to Kal Korff. These were never meant to be released to the public and were a selection of the few left of over 1600 photos he had taken on the journey that he kept or given to friends for sentimental purposes. No one has ever debunked the over 600genuine clear daytime ufo photographs to this date.

Strange, but we get a glimpse of a photo allegedly of two women in the album, which has been positioned opposite the photo of the mother ship's outer rim. The photo as familiar and found to be a fraud as it is of two women, the one in the foreground being a blonde. The photo comes from a Dean Martin Variety show in the 70's! Why would this snap shot be in the album?
