the thing doesn't follow the safety standards set by people, people wouldn't do that, if it goes wrong the risks would be incalculable…….. soooo…..

Maybe an alien civilzation has seen "Sputnik" and think we fly around in metal spheres so the try to blend in by using the same typ of vehicle

This is some kind of oil stain or liquid on the street below. The reflection is the sun reflecting from the substance on the street! Open your eyes people, the government are trying to play us for fools!
