Here in Erie, Pa my family n I wer driven hom from shoppn comin down Liberty St. N I seen some lights flashn in the sky like almost in a circle. As one wood light up n go out another would flash n it did it twice. But, think of this – when you drive to the supermarket – are you concerned with who sees you as you pass by? Do you feel the need to make contact with people in the area? No – you just want to go buy groceries.. Earth has MANY resources – it's quite possible that they visit for their own needs – unconcerned with who sees them as they fly by.

I believe you. I had a similar experience as a boy when at sea. I have no idea what they were (as there were several at the same time), but 'that' they were there? absolutely no doubt. the question I had then and still now it; why did they leave the lights on?

I saw some long, fat clouds 2 days ago and grabbed my camera. the video I've posted on youtube here has lost resolution from the original quick time…you can't really see this thing turn on here, and you can't see the stars in back move and change colors. i believe you guys, and this is also real.
Sounds similar to the same cloud with the bright light that the owner seen on the SkinWalker Ranch. He even seen another dimension. Great video XD
We saw it in 1978, so it was quite a while ago. We were watching a meteor shower when it sped by. It sounds like yours was a lot larger than ours, though. Ours was the size of two houses, and it had no lights at all, and no reflective surfaces, even though the full moon was out. Completely silent too. It moved about as fast as a jet coming in for a landing, so it totally took us by surprise.
When did you see that UFO? I saw something similar in the Fall of 1999. It was huge, black yet I could make out details looking up at it. It looked like a circuit board. If it were to land it would have crushed the entire neighborhood, several blocks. A friend visiting from Amsterdam pointed it out to me and we both saw it. Your right it did block out the stars, but I could still see planes comming into the SLC airport, it was very strange. I never heard that anyone else saw it.
Ok, what's next, ah book? Still, no solid proof.
Wow, cool sightings. Both pretty hard to explain, especially the California one. The only UFO I ever saw was a large, dark fast-moving object (no lights or sound) that blocked out the stars. I saw it with my sister, and we've never been able to explain it, but it sure freaked us out.
great stories! a couple years ago i was up little cottonwood canyon in utah with my family. i was riding on the window like my family likes to do, looking up at the stars. when i saw what looked like 5-7 bright lights in a semi circle moving together. i started freaking out and told my family to look up. but we just got into some trees and noone could see the sky for a couple minutes and we never saw it again. but ever since that day i have been a strong believer. there is no other explanation
