Saw same thing in Moscow in 2016, tried to make a video but my phone camera was too weak to capture lights. I remember we all stood on a street and looked up.
I think it’s arrogant to think we might be the only living beings in the universe. At the same time, It’s not hard to figure out WHY they don’t hang out very long, because there’s always someone contemptuous prior to investigation, that is rude, mean spirited, unwelcoming, and trigger happy.

Glowing balls at night are there to distract people, to take away attention from something else, in another location, that is going on. Everybody looks at the glowing orbs, and they don't see the actual event that's going on not far away.
Triangle shaped Ufos with lights on the bottom are military, and they are patrollers. Who, I don't know? It's not us.
