Any of the ones provided by a government agency is more than likely a hoax. They don't seem to tell the truth about anything.

Anything that is not of God is of the Devil. UFOs and "Aliens" are demons, fallen angels and such. Used to scare you and distract you. UFOs & Aliens will probably be used to get the citizens of the world to look to their governments to protect them or to distract its citizens from the shady things the Government is up to. Perhaps also to help usher in the Mark of the Beast and the Anti-Christ. Those that believe in the Rapture, where Jesus comes to collect his Church, many think THEY will use UFOs and Aliens as the reason so many Christians disappeared all over the world. This would be because THEY do not want people to know God exists or that Jesus is real. After the Rapture, the only way to save your soul from eternal damnation, would be to become a believer (that Jesus came to Earth, was born of a virgin, died for our sins and rose the third day), to repent for your sins and to NOT take the Mark of the Beast (in your hand or your forehead) even if it means you will die for your belief, like have your head lopped off.
The variables that exist are infinite. So many things would make any type of encounter with Aliens totally impossible. And that's given we have somehow found ourselves in the same location as an alien which is even more impossible because of the giant distances. The entire universe must be burgeoning with worlds teeming with all manner of life forms. But we will absolutely never interact with any of them. The closest thing to our solar system is 4.2 light years away! That's something like 18 trillion miles! And what is a mile? What is a trillion? What is a light year? All constructs of ours! However the distances are universally enormous! Even if you were the size of the sun the distances are incredibly enormous! And things like chemistry and timescale and all physical variables would make it impossible to interact anyway! And it would be much more likely for these aliens to show up before we have evolved or after we are extinct considering just how small of a period of time we will exist during the overall lifespan of the planet and star. And vice versa. It would most likely just not align in any relevant way if they are out there. And I believe they definitely are. It would be mathematically impossible for the universe to not be filled with worlds covered with life the way our planet is. But we will never even be able to detect any of them whatsoever! Nor will they detect or interact with us! Somehow conveniently the properties of the universe make it impossible for this to ever happen beyond the shadow of any doubt! Our existence is so profoundly impossibly unlikely! But some other existence actually coming here while it's relevant, and traveling for all that time to arrive here. While not being possible for us to exist at all when they left to come see us in the first place. This is just many magnitudes more unlikely than us being here or me typing this! Like impossibly unlikely. If they come here, they are us.

I was driving south one night in Colorado I say like about 1 or 2 in the morning, as I was coming up to a town Springfield, and knowing that there's a small airport there, I could see the town and then I saw , I thought a plane, as it was moving low and kind of slow, I thought a plane from that small airport, all of a sudden lights came on, I could see mostly blue, and I thought wow!.. wish I had my camera ready!!.. don't think it was a plane!

The Dome of the Rock UFO is revered as one of the most authentic UFO videos in existence, as it was filmed by dozens of people and witnessed by thousands, from different perspectives; all viewable on YouTube. A Christian missionary group from America also filmed it from a far- along with an Israeli citizen located right beside the Dome of the Rock whom filmed the craft up close. So I'll have to respectfully disagree with your "expert." It is far from being hoaxed.
