mulder3035 is correct. The picture was not of the UFOs seen over Washington in 1952. The event did happen, and UFOs were observed while being detected on radar, but no genuine photos exist of this event.

This isn't a video – it is a very famous photograph that has been available for donkey's years. And by the way, those aren't the actually UFOs picked up on radar – they are the searchlights only. Should do your research a little better.
